	Dorothy Madans has been instrumental in the company's growth.  She previously worked at the management level in product design and development for automotive, home, apparel and Christmas industries.  Dorothy has a Bachelor's degree from East Carolina University.

	Betty Howell joined our team in 2008.  She has multiple job responsibilities for HOCOA®, but focuses most of her knowledge, time and energy in public relations and marketing  of our brand throughout North America.

ADMINISTRATION
	Catie has been our Executive Administrative Assistant since February 2011.  She works with our affiliate, HOCOA® of Charlotte, NC, running the day-to-day operations and working with contractors and homeowners.  Catie is also a Technical Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserves based out of Charleston, South Carolina.
