HOCOA® offers three levels of franchise ownership: 

LEVEL ONE:  Areas with a population between 89,000 and 200,000
$29,500.00

LEVEL TWO:  Areas where the population is 200,000 and beyond  
$50,000.00

LEVEL THREE:  Based on multiple territories
Estimated cost would be based on the number of those territories

One of the biggest benefits of owning a HOCOA® franchise is that royalty payments are fixed; HOCOA® does not take a percentage of your gross, nor do they audit you or your business.  Level One Franchise Owners' royalty schedule would be $3,750.00 for the first year, $5,000.00 for the second year, and $10,000.00 for the third year and every year thereafter for the length of the contract.  For Level Two Franchise Owners, the paid royalties would be $7,500.00 for the first year, $10,000.00 for the second year and $20,000.00 for the third year and every year thereafter for the length of the contract.  Level Three Franchise Owners will have their royalty schedule determined per individual basis.
